Data Management

We provide security access to Client Data only to individuals designated by our Clients. Information and services available to Clients include:

  • General claims information
  • Detailed reserve and transaction history
  • Adjuster reports, including audio dictation files
  • Photos
  • Scanned claim documentation (police reports, contractor estimates, etc)
  • The ability to send instructions/notes to the handling adjuster
  • Management and ad-hoc reporting tools

The iAdjust system allows our Clients to monitor the claims process interactively. This keeps the entire process current, efficient and accurate.
