Data Management

We provide security access to Client Data only to individuals designated by our Clients. Information and services available to Clients include:

General claims information
Detailed reserve and transaction history
Adjuster reports, including audio dictation files
Photos
Scanned claim documentation (police reports, contractor estimates, etc)
The ability to send instructions/notes to the handling adjuster
Management and ad-hoc reporting tools

The iAdjust system allows our Clients to monitor the claims process interactively. This keeps the entire process current, efficient and accurate.
